Each player is permitted to maintain only one active oknet account. Duplicate accounts are identified during KYC and result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one active Account on the oknet Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Balances therein, and potential reporting to PAGCOR.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, oknet is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity and age. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport). oknet may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by oknet will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oknet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. oknet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify oknet support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
oknet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are owned and registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to twenty-four (1–24) hours for Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name that matches your registered Account details. oknet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page.
All transactions on the oknet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Deposits that have been used to place bets or wagers cannot be refunded. Refunds of unused deposit balances may be requested subject to KYC verification and applicable processing timelines. oknet reserves the right to deduct any bonuses credited in relation to a deposit prior to processing a refund of that deposit.

The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are disclosed within the game information screens. By participating in any game on the oknet Platform, you acknowledge and accept that games of chance involve inherent risk and that the house edge means that, over time, the Platform retains a statistical advantage.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded to the Player's Account. oknet's technical decision in such circumstances is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oknet Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any oknet content without prior written permission from oknet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oknet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the oknet Platform, including but not limited to:
oknet's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the oknet Platform, shall first be submitted to oknet's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact oknet support to initiate a formal dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established regulatory complaint channels. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
